How can I help!
February 11, 2035
I’m Steve Willis. In April of 2000 I was convicted of 1st degree robbery. I was 17 when I committed the crime and they charged me as an adult. I was paroled 2 years later because on good time. My parole officer really wanted to send me back. Had I not met my soon to be wife I’m sure he would’ve got exactly that. She fought for me.
Our first 7 years of marriage I made less than $20,000 per year. Even after finishing a degree in diesel technology, I couldn’t break over $40,000 a year. Working for other people and having a felony in my record was definitely a bad combination. In 2015 I committed to investing in myself. learning all I could about successful people and reading everything I could get my hands on. That was my turning point. I could not do what I had been doing anymore.
You see I always knew I could be so much more. I just had to go for it. My income grew 25% the next year and again the year after. Now we bring in over 6 figures. I spend more time with my family and we get to travel all over the world. We are free. Free from the box. And I want to encourage others to get out of their rut. To push back the system that says you can’t. To give you the tools to say I can and raise up a community that says we will.
